WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Riga, Latvia (EU).

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

To see how much shipping costs are, just place the items you want in your cart and start the checkout process. You’ll get to the shipping options before you have to enter payment details.

We will only charge what it costs us to pack and ship an item, we will not make any profit on shipping costs. We use DHL for all shipping. This will mean your delivery arrives promptly and is trackable. Also note that the items in the catalog have a weight multiplier applied to ensure the weight of the packaging is included in the final calculation. This is to ensure that an order will not be overweight for the shipping method chosen.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX/VAT?

As a company, we are not responsible for any import tax or VAT.
Countries inside the EU do not need to pay import duties.
We had reports from our customers about VAT being applied to large orders coming into the United Kingdom and China. Please check your local regulations in advance to see if they will apply.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times varies, but you should receive your order within 14 days after shipping if you live in USA, Canada or Australia. If you live in Europe you should receive your order withing 7-10 days. Shipping times depend on what is the load of postal service and could be longer, for example, during the Holiday Season .

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to ship the orders within 10 working days, but for some items, like the Paint Case time of processing can sometimes take up to 15 working days, as they are hand made and take more time to craft.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Contact us using our contact form on the website or email us to info@frontierwargaming.com

Include the following in the email:

  • Your order number
  • picture of the damages
  • pictures of the box your order came in (if possible)
  • additional notes (if needed) 
MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS

If you are missing parts or items got damaged during assembly, contact us at info@frontierwargaming.com .

I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT

Our website doesn’t use accounts. You will not be able to create or log in to an account.

HOW DO I SUBMIT ENGRAVING FOR MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email for engraving submission.
Reply to the email with your design file and notes.  

CAN I USE ONE OF THE DESIGNS SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We keep some of the designs archived.  Please contact us at info@frontierwargaming.com in advance to check if the design is available.

I DON'T KNOW IF THE IMAGE I HAVE WORKS FOR ENGRAVING, WHAT CAN I DO?

You can send us an email to info@frontierwargaming.com, we will tell you if the file works or not.

CAN YOU ADD TEXT TO THE ENGRAVING?

Yes, any text can be added to engravings.

I ONLY WANT TEXT AS AN ENGRAVING?

Send us the text you want engraved to info@frontierwargaming.com. Also include the desired font.

CAN I HAVE A PREVIEW OF THE ENGRAVING?

Yes, we can send it if needed.

WHAT INSERTS CAN I CHANGE?

You can swap any insert in The Paint Case/Chest for Miniature Holders, a Paint Drawer, or a Tool Box.

MY LED LIGHT GETS HOT WHEN IN USE

It’s normal for the LED bar to get hot during use.
LED lights are designed to withstand temperatures of up to 80c (176f).

Allow several minutes for LED to cool down after use for safe handling.
